We’re back! After a month of touring a good part of the East Coast of the US, (and not having amazing internet access), we’re back ‘on the ranch’ and getting reacquainted with our routines as well as the magic of WiFi.
There is lots to come this week and next, including some roundups of what has been happening in Egypt at the climate meetings, a few thoughts on how our vision of the future is limited by our tendency to compare it to the past instead of to the possible (and what to do about that), about the wide variety of roles we all play in reshaping ourselves, our communities, our institutions, and our environment, about moving beyond division, and about dealing with and diminishing the anxiety we feel about our environment (and more).
And that’s just for starters.
AND, if you live in the US, it’s Thanksgiving week! My favorite holiday. All the fun of family, friends, and amazing food, without all the stress of gifts and perfect tree-decorating. And hopefully, amid the chaos, a collective moment to give thanks.
So, please stay tuned. I’ll also be inviting you to join more co-working and networking opportunities as we hurtle towards 2023!
All right here in this tiny wee newsletter.
I definitely feel the need to focus on the possible rather than the past. Thank you for this concise word play so I can remember it!
