Perhaps it’s because it’s a thousand degrees outside in my Tennessee neighborhood, but I am enjoying seeing pictures of patches of snow and the landscape of the Arctic lately.

The Arctic is truly a wild place with some of our largest and most amazing wildlife. And the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is an important part of preserving space and natural resources for these creatures. It’s the most northerly and the largest of our national wildlife refuges, and this is where the photos are from in the link. Below is just one of them. Amazing.
